摘要
介绍了熔模铸造的几种面层制壳工艺,指出面层耐火材料已从单一品种发展为多品化,充分发挥出不同材料之间铸造性能上的互补性,显示出多种耐火材料特性的优化组合,形成了多种面层结壳工艺,使铸件表面质量良好,尺寸精度稳定,从而使制壳生产成本大幅度下降。
Several preparation methods for surface layer in investment casting were presented in this paper.It was pointed out that the refractories used for surface layer in investment casting have changed from single variety to diversification.Therefore the mutual advantages of different materials can be complemented,and the different performances can be optimized.This contributed to the formation of multiple fabrication technology for surface layer.Then,the castings with high surface quality and stable size can be gained,and the production cost can be decreased significantly.
