益赛普治疗泛发性脓疱型银屑病20例 被引量：4

摘要 泛发性脓疱型银屑病是银屑病的一种严重类型,虽目前的治疗方案较多,但总体疗效并不十分满意。益赛普是肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）受体拮抗剂,具有抗炎性因子等多种作用,国外用于治疗类风湿性关节炎和脓疱型银屑病等疾病取得较好效果[1-2],但国内未见有该药治疗脓疱型银屑病的报道。作者采用益赛普治疗泛发性脓疱型银屑病患者20例，效果满意，报道如下。
