摘要
绿豆是我国主要的食用豆类作物之一,在出口创汇和内销中都占有一定的比重。通过综述绿豆种质资源的收集、优异资源的筛选、主要农艺性状的分子标记辅助育种、遗传图谱的构建与QTL定位、基因克隆、生理生化,以及栽培研究等在国内外的最新研究进展,并对绿豆未来研究的发展方向作一概述,以便为广大科技工作者提供参考依据。
Mungbean is one of the main legume crops in China, which plays an important role in domestic and export markets. This paper gived a review on rnungbean's genetic breeding, including domestic and foreign germplasm collection, screening of excellent resources, genetic analysis of main agronomic characters, molecular marker-assisted breeding, constructing genetic linkage map and QTL mapping, and gene cloning et al. , as well as researches on mungbean's physiology and biochemistry. It also explores mungbean's future development.
