摘要
机构运动副间隙不可避免,随着机械的运转速度上升,运动副间隙引发的机构非线性振动现象日益明显,影响了机构的运转精度和平稳性。为了解决高速机构运转精度和平稳性的问题,必须对运动副间隙引起机构的冲击与振动进行研究。为此,在分析运动副间隙特点的基础上,设计了间隙四杆机构振动测试实验台。通过合理地布置测点和选择传感器及测试手段,在大量测试的基础上,得到间隙状态机构振动的波形图和数据。并将其与无间隙的理想状态比较,发现随着运动副间隙的增大和机构运转速度的上升,机构的振动与冲击情况呈非线性增长。
The clearances in pairs is inevitable.With the operating speed increasing,the nonlinear vibration caused by the clearances in pairs is more obviously,which influences the precision and stability of high-speed mechanism.To research the problem,it's need to study the impaction and vibration which by experiments.For this goal,a vibration experiment table of four-bar mechanism with clearances is designed,based on analysis the characters of clearance in pairs.Through the reasonable setting measure point,choice the sensors and measurement methods,the vibration oscillogram and data are gotten based on abundance testing.Comparing with the ideal state,the impaction and vibration are nonlinear growth with the increasing of clearances and speed.
