摘要
当前村民自治的主流形式是以村委会为载体,体现了中国行政主导型的官僚体制在农村的延伸。这种体制由于缺乏权力的监督与制约而带来种种问题,改进之道在于效仿人民代表大会制度,确立民选的村民代表会议作为村庄权力机构的地位。
The present form of villager autonomy is the main village for the carrier,reflects China＇s administrative bureaucracy dominated at rural extension.This system power due to lack of supervision and constraints brought about various problems,lies in the improvement of people＇s congress system to follow to establish an elected village representatives as the status of the village authority.
