摘要 为了对电力机车上的设备和系统运行状态进行检测和故障诊断,将故障诊断技术与嵌入式技术相结合,设计开发了基于DSP和MVB网络的车载瞬间故障检测记录仪,其主要功能包括机车故障的在线诊断、故障信息的存储及与机车其他网络节点的通信。首先对车载瞬间故障检测记录仪的软硬件设计进行了介绍,并重点分析了数据采集和故障诊断的设计方案及实现。实际运行结果表明,机车瞬间故障检测记录仪性能稳定,集采集存储、故障诊断、状态检测和通信等功能于一体,在电力机车故障诊断和状态检测中发挥了重要作用。 Based on DSP and MVB network,fault diagnosis and recordation system was designed,in order to examine the state of equipment and system on locomotive.It includes fault diagnosis online,fault information recordation and storage and communication with other equipment of locomotive.Hardware and software was introduced firstly.The project and realization of data storage and fault diagnosis emphatically analyzed with expedition.It has proved that the system could examine,diagnose and store the equipment fault betimes in practice.It has played an important effect in distributed electrical locomotive fault diagnosis system.
