摘要
车辆状态是衡量车辆是否存在故障的最直观指标,为此设计基于多传感器信息融合的出入段全方位车辆状态检测系统。该系统利用入段传感器采集模块全方位采集车辆入段时相关信息,应用改进D-S证据理论融合方法融合多传感器采集的信息,检测车辆车轮状态、轴承工况状态与发动机状态;车辆状态检测结果与车牌信息呈现于显示屏,衡量车辆是否可以运行;通过出段传感器信息采集模块复检,确保信息采集的精准性。实验证明系统可有效、精准检测车辆的车轮状态、轴承工况状态与发动机状态。
Vehicle status is the most intuitive index to measure whether there is a fault in the vehicle.Therefore,an omni-directional vehicle status detection system based on multi-sensor information fusion is designed.The system uses the entry sensor acquisition mod-ule to collect the relevant information when the vehicle enters the depot in an all-round way,and uses the improved D-S evidence theory fusion method to fuse the information collected by multiple sensors to detect the vehicle wheel state,bearing condition state and engine state;The vehicle status detection results and license plate information are presented on the display screen to measure whether the vehicle can run;The accuracy of information collection is ensured by rechecking the sensor information col-lection module in the exit section.Experiments show that the system can effectively and accurately detect the wheel state,bearing working condition and engine state of the vehicle.
