摘要
为研究瑜伽和健美操对中年女性身体形态的锻炼效果,对60名中年女性进行分组实验,在训练前后对各组进行身体形态指标测试。研究结果表明:健身瑜伽对腰腹、大腿部的减脂降围有所改善,对形体改善的全面性效应,健身瑜伽较健美操效果显著。
To research the function effect of fitness yoga for body shape on Middle-aged women, a test of 60 Middle-aged women was carried out, the result shows that Fitness yoga can reduce the fat of the waist and thigh. But it less than the effect on the compre- hensive reduce the bodyfat by the aerobics. At the pliability yoga has superiority.
