摘要
利用15个微卫星DNA分子标记对浦东鸡及其它6个鸡品种的群体遗传多样性和进化关系进行了检测分析。结果表明,在15个微卫星位点上群体平均观测杂合度为0.5957,期望杂合度为0.6025,多态信息含量为0.5757;7个品种鸡群的遗传距离差异程度较大(0.1872~0.6003)。其中,浦东鸡同其它6个群体间存在显著的遗传差异。试验结果在一定程度上反映了浦东鸡独特的遗传组成和品种形成过程,而且所选择的15个微卫星DNA分子标记能够有效地分析鸡群的遗传基础。
15 mierosatellite DNA markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity and evolution of Pudong chicken and other 6 local chicken breeds. The results showed that the average observed heterozygosity(Ho),expected heterozygosities (He) and polymorphic information content(PIC)of the total populations were 0.5957,0.6025,0.5757,respectively. The genetic distances ranged from 0.1872 to 0.6003 among 7 breeds,and Pudong chicken was significant difference from other 6 breeds. These results indicated that Pudong chicken was holding a particular genetic base and evolutional progress,and these microsatellite markers were suitable for genetic variation anlaysis.
