摘要
通过水热法合成了MCM-41分子筛,通过XRD,N2吸附-脱附对样品进行了表征。以MCM-41分子筛作为吸附剂,以罗丹明B溶液模拟染料废水,进行了吸附脱色实验,考察了吸附时的pH值、温度、浓度、平衡时间等因素对吸附性能的影响。研究发现在较宽的pH值范围(3~9)和低温(5~20℃)时,MCM-41分子筛对于罗丹明B表现出优异的吸附性能,每克吸附质量可达到113~141mg。
Mesoporous silica molecular sieve(MCM-41) has been synthesized by hydrothermal method.The samples were characterized by XRD and N2 adsorption-desorption methods.The adsorption properties of MCM-41 to Rhodamine B were studied detailedly.It was found that Rhodamine B adsorption capacity depends on pH of solution,initial concentration,temperatures and equilibrium time.The pH value and temperature was in a wide range of 3~9 and 5~20℃,respectively.The adsorptive capacity of MCM-41 to Rhodamine B was 113~141mg/g.
