摘要
以燃煤废弃物粉煤灰作为吸附剂,对水溶性酸性染料和非水溶性分散染料进行吸附脱色,研究影响脱色的因素。实验结果表明:粉煤灰对染料吸附过程在30min基本达到平衡,对酸性染料的吸附量高于分散染料。随染液初始浓度增大,粉煤灰对染液的脱色率不断降低,但吸附量却不断增大。酸性染料溶液初始pH值小于5.5,粉煤灰对染料的吸附脱色效率最佳;而分散染料溶液初始pH值对粉煤灰吸附染料过程无影响。粉煤灰对两类染料的恒温吸附脱色数据与Langmuir和Freundlich两种恒温吸附模型均有良好符合关系,吸附参数表明粉煤灰对染料的吸附过程容易进行。粉煤灰对两类染料的吸附动力学均表现为准二级吸附。
The fly ash from coal combustion was used as adsorbent for the removal of dyes from aqueous solution. Soluble acid dyes and nonsoluble disperse dye were chosen as pollution materials. The experimental findings showed the adsorption of fly ash to dyes was rapid in the first 30 min and subsequently insignificantly changed. The amounts of acid dyes adsorbed by fly ash were exceeded to the one of reactive dyes. The color removal decreased with increasing of initial concentration of dyes solution, on the contrary, the adsorption capacity of the fly ash to dyes increased with increasing of initial concentration of dyes solution. At the initial pH 〈5.5 of acid dyes the color removal of these dyes on fly ash was acquired maximum value. The initial pH of disperse dyes, however, failed to influence the color removal. The equilibrium data of these dyes on fly ash were fitted to both Langmnir and Freundlich isotherms. The adsorption kinetics data of fly ash were good fit with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.
