水溶性叶黄素两亲性共聚物纳米胶束的稳定性 被引量:5

Stability of Water-Soluble Nano-Micelle Formulation of Lutein Loaded in Amphiphilic Block Copolymer

摘要 采用聚乙二醇–聚己内酯两亲性嵌段共聚物为载体包载叶黄素形成纳米束,有效地改善了叶黄素的水溶性并提高了其稳定性.考察pH、光、氧、热及金属离子对叶黄素胶束稳定性的影响.结果表明,叶黄素经包载后可明显提高叶黄素的光稳定性和热稳定性,减弱了pH的影响和氧气对叶黄素的氧化降解. Amphiphilic block copolymer MePEG-PCL was applied as carrier to encapsulate lutein to form nano-micelle,water-solubility and stability of lutein were improved by encapsulation.The stability of lutein micelle under different conditionss,uch as pHl,ight,oxygent,emperature,metal ions were studied.The results showed that the light stability and thermal stability of lutein were increased by encapsulationt,he influence of pH and the degradation of oxygen to lutein were decreased.
