Intestinal absorption barrier and novel strategies for absorption enhancement

摘要 胃肠道屏障是机体的重要保护系统,可阻止毒物及抗原的吸收,但也是限制药物吸收的主要因素,导致许多药物的口服生物利用度低,同时也是造成许多具有较好生物活性的候选化合物不能进入后续开发研究的根本原因.
