摘要 以2-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基磷酰胆碱(MPC)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为原料,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,乙醇为溶剂,通过溶液聚合法合成了MPC/MMA共聚物,并采用溶剂挥发法制得了共聚物膜。通过测定牛血清蛋白(BSA)吸附和血小板黏附考察了聚合物膜的血液相容性,结果表明:含磷酰胆碱基团的共聚物具有较好的血液相容性,并且BSA的吸附量和血小板的黏附量随着MPC单元含量的增加而减少。根据DSC测定的聚合物中水的降温曲线证实了结合在MPC/MMA共聚物中的水为自由水,并且高自由水含量是MPC/MMA共聚物具有较好血液相容性的原因。 MPC/MMA copolymers were prepared by using 2-methacryloxyethyl phosphoryleholine (MPC) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) as starting materials, azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator, and ethanol as solvent. Their films were obtained by solvent evaporation method. The hemocompatibility of the copolymers was studied by adsorption of bovine serum albumin(BSA) and platelet adhesion. It was shown that the MPC-contained copolymers dispalyed good hemocopatibility and the amount of adsorbed BAS and the platelet decreased with increasing the content of MPC in copolymers. The water binding in MPC/MMA copolymers was free water as determined by DSC. And the high level free water fraction is the reason of good hemocompatibility of MPC/MMA copolymers
