摘要
用高效液相色谱法对吉林省抚松县产人参茎叶粉和人参浸膏中单体皂甙Ｒｂ１、Ｒｅ分别进行了定量测定．采用ＳｈｉｍｐａｃｋＣＬＣ－Ｃ８柱，以乙腈－水（２８∶７２）为流动相，在紫外检测器２０５ｎｍ下进行检测．本法具有简便、快速、灵敏、准确等特点，特别适合于人参单体皂甙的含量分析．
A high performance liquid chromatographic procedure,for the determination of Rb 1,Re from panax ginseng stem leaf powder and liquid extracts of Fusong county Jilin province is described.Chromatography is performed on a shim pack CLC-C 8(150×6mm i.d) column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(28∶72) and UV detection of 205nm.The proposed method has advantages in simplicty fastness, repeatablity and accuracy.
