摘要
本研究以两个高淀粉玉米品种和两个普通玉米品种为试验材料,研究了高淀粉玉米与普通玉米在籽粒灌浆过程中淀粉动态积累的差异。结果表明:灌浆过程中4个品种淀粉含量变化趋势均呈"S"型曲线变化;高淀粉玉米和普通玉米在灌浆初期籽粒直链淀粉含量并无显著差异,而在灌浆中后期才逐渐表现差异;与直链淀粉积累不同,两个高淀粉品种籽粒支链淀粉含量在灌浆初期就明显高于两个普通玉米品种,籽粒灌浆前期平均灌浆速率与最大灌浆速率高有利于籽粒支链淀粉的积累;籽粒总淀粉积累的差异主要是由于支链淀粉积累的不同造成的,直链淀粉积累差异不明显。
To explain the profound mechanism,two high-starch maize cultivars and two common maize varieties were used to study the differences in the dynamic accumulation of starch during grain filling period.The main results were as follows.To the different type varieties,the changes of the starch accumulation contents during grain filling stage showed an "S" curve,and amylose accumulation rate was not significantly different between the high starch maize and common maize at the middle and later stages of grain filling.The difference in amylopectin content appeared at the beginning stage of grain filling,and the amylopectin content of two high-starch maize varieties were constant higher than that of two common maize varieties during grain filling period.The accumulation of amylopectin content depended on the average filling rate and the maximal filling rate at the beginning stage of grain filling.In a word,the difference in the total starch content was mainly ascribed to that in the amylopectin content;to amylose content,the difference was not obvious,however.
