摘要
以1年生光蜡树幼苗为试材,研究NaCl胁迫对其部分生理生化指标的影响。结果显示:随着NaCl处理浓度的增加,光蜡树叶片鲜重含水量、叶绿素总量、叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量均呈逐渐下降趋势;叶片中Na^+含量逐渐增加,K^+含量呈现先降低后增加的趋势;叶片相对电导率、MDA含量、脯氨酸含量呈逐渐上升的趋势,在NaCl浓度达到136 mmol·L^-1的重度盐胁迫时,脯氨酸、MDA含量含量分别比对照增加了96.72%和73.13%。
Changes in physiological indices caused by NaCl treatment were investigated in Fraxinus griffithii.The results showed that there were decreases in RWS,chlorophyll a,chorophyll b and total chlorophyll in the leaf response to NaCl,and the Na^+ content increased gradually with increasing NaCl salinity or processing time.In contrast,the K^+ content first decreased and then increased,and the ratios of K^+ to Na^+ content of leaf.Another,an increase in the amount of the relative conductivity,MDA and the proline content in the leaves.Compared with contorl,the proline content and MDA increased by 96.72% and 73.13% observed in the treatment of 136 mmol·L^-1.
