摘要
研究了不同浓度(0,10,20,50,100 mg/L K2Cr2O7)Cr6+胁迫对玉米幼苗根和上胚轴中脯氨酸(Pro)和丙二醛(MDA)含量、细胞膜透性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化物酶(POD)等保护酶活性的影响。结果表明,随着Cr6+胁迫浓度的增加,根和上胚轴中Pro含量呈先升后降的趋势,MDA含量和细胞膜透性则持续递增,SOD活性逐渐下降,POD活性先升后降。且根部对Cr6+胁迫的反应较上胚轴敏感。
The effects of different concentrations of Cr^6+ (0,10,20,50,100 mg/L K2Cr2O7)on the content of Pro, malondialdehyde (MDA), membrane permeability, activities of protective enzyme SOD and POD in roots and epicotyls of maize seedlings were studied. The results were as the follows: with the rising of Cr^6+ concentration, the Pro content in both root and epicotyls was first up and then down; the content of MDA and membrane permeability increased continuously; SOD activity deceased gradually and POD activity was first up and then down. Furthermore, the roots were more sensitive than epicotyls to Cr^6 + ion stress.
