摘要
以定点连续采样的方法对乌伊岭湿地自然保护区水体中的淡水真菌的多样性进行初步研究。获得淡水真菌16属,36种,优势属为木霉(Trichoderma)和青霉(Penicillium);常见属为曲霉(Aspergillus)、生赤壳属(Bionectria)、附球菌(Epicoccum)、镰刀菌(Fusarium)、赤霉属(Gibberella)、卷枝霉(Helicostylum)、肉座菌(Hypocrea)、白壳菌属(Leucostoma)、散斑壳属(Lophodermium)、毛霉(Mucor);稀有属为枝孢菌(Cladosporium)、丛赤壳菌(Nectria)、酵母(Pichia)、根霉(Rhizopus)。而绿色木霉(T.viride)、桔绿木霉(T.citrinoviride)、黑绿木霉(T.atroviride)、棘孢青霉(P.aculeatum)、H.lixii为全年的优势种。淡水真菌种类、优势属及优势种随季节变化而变化,物种丰富度、Shannon-Wiener(1949)多样性指数、群落均匀度也表现出明显的季节性变化。
The purpose of this study was to analyze the diversity of freshwater fungi in water body of Wuyiling Wetland Nature Reserve.A fixed-point continuous sampling's method was utilized in the present study.Altogether 16 genus 36 species of freshwater fungi were discovered,of which the dominant genus are Trichoderma and Penicillium.Aspergillus,Bionectria,Epicoccum,Fusarium,Gibberella,Helicostylum,Hypocrea,Leucostoma,Lophodermium,Mucor were found to be common ones and Cladosporium,Nectria,Pichia,Rhizopus were rare genus in the water.T.viride,T.citrinoviride,T.atroviride,P.aculeatum and H.lixii were annual dominant species.The fungal types and superiority in fresh water,changed along with the seasonal variation.The multiple target species richness,the Shannon-Wiener(1949) index,the species evenness also displayed the obvious seasonal changes.The research results will provide reference for the protection and study of the biosystem.
