摘要
大学生择业心理倾向是大学生在职业选择问题上的种种心理活动和行为意向,是在社会活动的影响和制约下,大学生自我价值取向在职业选择领域内的表现形式。社会因素、学校教育、家庭因素及大学生自身因素均会对大学生择业心理倾向产生不同程度的影响。
University student psychological trend in job-hunting refers to what they think and what they want to do, which is often influenced and limited by one＇s social activities. It is the way for student to display one＇s selfvalue in job-hunting. Student employment psychological trend is influenced by social factors, school education, family and student oneself.
