摘要
本文首先提出加强企业内部信用体系建设是全面落实科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会的一项重要工作,也是我国企业界面临的重大而紧迫的任务;其次,从如何引导企业抓住信用管理的关联环节和重要因素,围绕企业内部信用管理的内涵即企业生产经营所产生的四大关系以及企业信用管理的核心——信用销售等方面提出了企业内部信用管理的目标及内容;最后,从建立合理的组织机构、确定企业信用管理的基本规范、实施企业信用全过程管理等几个层面提出了企业信用管理的方法和措施。
This paper proposes that strengthening the construction of internal credit management of enterprises is very important work for the comprehensive implementation of "scientific development concept" and the construction of social harmonious society,as well as a significant and pending task facing the business community.Then,around the connotation of internal credit management,that is,the four major relationships resulting from the production and operation activities,and the core of internal credit management,namely credit sales,it puts forward targets and contents of internal credit management of enterprises as to as how to guide enterprises to capture the related links and important factors in credit management.Finally,it points out the approaches and measures for enterprises management of internal credit from the following aspects: establishing reasonable organizations,defining the basic norms for enterprises management of internal credit and implementing the management of the whole process of enterprises credit.
