摘要
企业信用问题已经成为影响各国经济发展的重要因素,针对企业信用信息的管理研究逐渐成为国内外学者关注的一个重要领域。本文分析企业信用信息内涵及类型、剖析企业信用信息的社会价值,并对国内外企业信用信息管理的发展现状进行研究。
Recently, enterprise credit problems have been one of the most important dements that retard every country＇s economic development. And researches on enterprise credit information management are forming an important field, which attracts many researchers. It is analyzed that the meaning, type and importance of enterprise credit informarion. And the domestic and abroad development of enterprise credit information management is studied.
