摘要
本文主要探讨了基于职业岗位群开发技能教材和创新技能实践模式,培养高职生职业技能的途径。基于职业岗位群开发技能教材,其主要内容包括程序化的知识和社会实际的工作任务。创新技能实践模式包括:组建职业教育集团模式、成立产学结合指导委员会模式"、订单式"教育模式和发展校办产业模式。
This paper discusses the two professional training ways to cultivate the students’technical skills in the terms of the development of teaching materials and practice model.Developing teaching material includes developing procedural knowledge and real work in practice.Innovative skills practice patterns includes forming Vocational Education,establishing industry-academia Steering Committee,the ＂Order Form＂ Education and Development of school-run industry model.
