摘要
高校辅导员的职业倦怠严重影响辅导员队伍的稳定性和高效性。其职业倦怠的产生是由于工作负担过重与个人承受能力有限的矛盾、高精力投入与低个人成就感的矛盾、角色价值观与个人价值观的矛盾、辅导员职业自身的角色期望之间的矛盾。因此,在辅导员队伍建设方面,我们要进一步完善相关的政策法规,严把入口关,加强对辅导员队伍的人文关怀,建立科学规范的考核评价机制。
The vocational laziness of college instructors severely influences the stability and high efficiency of instructor team.The origin of laziness is due to the contradiction between too heavy work and limited personal bearing ability,between high energy input and low personal achievement,between role value and individual value and between role expectancy of instructors' own vocation.Therefore,as for the building of college instructor team,we should perfect related policies and laws,strictly control employment of instructors,strengthen humanity care for instructor team and establish scientific appraisal mechanism.
