摘要
针对激光扫描测量中广泛存在的各种管道点云数据,提出了一种基于迭代的切片方向优化算法及根据管线方向变化自动寻找新种子点与对应切片的算法,以此获取决定管道结构的特征参数—截面轮廓线半径及中心线点列,并利用CAD软件重构出管路模型。论文还针对管径突变处的数据处理及重构算法进行了研究。论文提出的主要算法分别在理想数据与实测管路数据上进行了验证,达到了预期的效果。
Aiming at the point cloud data of various pipelines widely existing in laser scanning measurement, a section direction optimization algorithm which based on iterative and automatically searching new seed points and their corresponding sections algorithm according to the direction change of pipelines are proposed. Hence the feature parame- ters are obtaines-radium of section contour circle and points array of central-line which determine the structure of pipe- lines. There fore the pipeline model is reconstructes with CAD software. The algorithm of data processing and reconstruction on the site where radium drastically changes is also researched. The algorithms are verified both with ideal data and measured data of pipelines, which meet the expectation.
