摘要
钣金件表面缺乏适合于影像匹配的纹理,设计了用投影器投射结构光到钣金件表面,对由CCD相机摄取的此影像进行结构光纹理特征提取的线与投影器本身投出的虚拟影像进行线匹配,通过空间前方交会解算出钣金件表面的空间点。实验证明,此方法为实现工业零件的自动化三维重建探索出一条可行的途径。
As the surface of sheetmetal is short of the applicable texture for image registration, it is designed that structure illumination from the projector projects the surface of sheetmetal, i.e. it is put on an available texture arificially. Then it is made edge detection for the image acquired from CCD. The image of the extracted curve and the line from the project are made curve registration. By space intersection, the spacial points on the surface of the sheetmetal parts are obtained. The research is a feasible path to realize 3D reconstruction of industrial sheetmetal parts automatically.
