摘要 多发性硬化(multiple sclerosis,MS)的发病机制至今没有完全阐明,但随着研究的深入,髓鞘少突胶质细胞糖蛋白(myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein,MOG)在MS发病过程中的作用越来越受到关注。国外对于MOG的研究已经取得了一定的成果,国内在这方面的研究起步虽晚,但也同样有了一定的发展。文中综述了近年来国内外关于MOG与MS关系的研究进展。 The pathogenesis of multiple sclerosis (MS) is not fully explained, but deeper studies have drawn more and more attention to the role of myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) in the development of MS. This article updates the researches on the relationship between MOG and MS at home and abroad.
