摘要
以国内外法院建筑演变过程为基础,分析、对比了古代国内外法院建筑的异同,通过介绍国内外现代中小型法院建筑的研究现状,对研究对象、研究范围、研究深度及节能法院做法进行了分析,为我国法院建筑建设提供设计依据和必要的参考意见。
Based on the evolution process of the court buildings at home and abroad,the paper analyzes and compares the differences and similarities of the court buildings at home and abroad in the ancient times.Through the introduction of the research situation on the modern middle-small court buildings at home and abroad,it makes analysis on the research objects,research scope,research depth and court energy-saving way,which provides design and necessary reference to the court building construction in our country.
