摘要
针对河北敬业集团中板厂高强度船板钢DH36冲击性能合格率偏低的问题,对冶炼、LF精炼、连铸、加热和轧制等关键工艺进行跟踪分析,采取相应的改进措施,使钢板的冲击性能合格率由68%提高到97%。
It is done to trace and analyze the processes of smelting, LF refining, continuous casting, heating and rolling of high-strength ship steel DH36, some measures adopted, and consequently its impact toughness qualified rate increased from 68 to 97 percent.
