摘要
研制了一种新型应变式全剪切煤炭三向力传感器,对传感器结构模型进行了大量的有限元仿真分析。有限元分析与实验结果表明,所研制的传感器结构简单,具有较高的灵敏度和足够的刚度,各分量互干扰小。
A new type of three-axis full shearing strain cutting force sensor had been developed. The sensor was designed from the results of finite element method simulation. As indicated by the calculations and experiments, this sensor is of high sensitivity and adequate rigidity in three axes, and of fairly small cross sensitivities.
