摘要
现有自动送钻装置的可靠性和安全性不足,阻碍了这种装置的推广应用。鉴于此,在以往安全监控理论和研究成果的基础上,提出了自动送钻过程安全监控的原理及实现方法,给出了自动送钻过程安全监控系统的硬件和软件组成、安全监控显示电路、报警电路和无扰切换与紧急刹车原理框图,并设计研制成自动送钻过程安全监控系统。为了验证所论述的方法及硬软件的正确性,对自动送钻安全监控系统做了计算机仿真,仿真结果表明,该安全监控系统的研制是成功的,设计的软硬件可行,达到了预期要求。
On the basis of
the theory and research achievement of safety monitoring of automatic feed driller, the criterion
and method for the accomplishment of safety monitoring of automatic feed are presented, the
composition of software and hardware, circuits of display alarm for monitoring control, principle
block diagrams of jamfree changeover and emergency brake are given, and a safety monitoring
system for bit automatic feed is developed. To verify the abovementioned method and hardware
and software, the system is simulated on computers. The result of simulation shows that the
hardware and software and the safety monitoring system are practicable and efficacious.
