代谢综合征不同组合患者血清Apelin水平的变化 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】探讨代谢综合征(MS)不同代谢因子组合患者血清Apelin水平的变化。【方法】将MS172例患者按异常代谢因子不同组合分成5个亚纽。A组:肥胖并血脂紊乱并高血糖;B组:肥胖并血脂紊乱并高血压;C组:肥胖并高血糖并高血压;D组:血脂紊乱并高血糖并高血压;E组:肥胖并血脂紊乱并高血糖并高血压。另选50例健康者作为对照组。然后将各亚组血清Apelin水平进行比较并与对照组对照。【结果】血清Apelin水平Ms各亚组与对照组比较:A、c、D、E四组均显著升高(P〈0.05),B组显著降低(P〈0.05);MS各亚组比较:A组高于E组,C组高于D组,D组高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。相关分析显示:血清Apelin水平与各亚组患者的FBS、HOMA—IR、TC、LDLC均呈正相关、与有高血压组分各组的SBP、DBP呈负相关、与有肥胖组分A、C、E组的BMI、腰围呈正相关、与有血脂紊乱组分A、B、E组的TG呈正相关、HDL—C呈负相关、与对照组的FBS呈正相关(P〈0.05)。【结论】血清Apelin水平可作为不同组合MS患者风险评估的重要依据。 [Objective] To explore the changes of serum level of Apelin in patients with various combinations of metabolic syndrome(MS). [Methods] According to different combination of various normal metabolic factors, 172 patients with MS were divided into group A(obesity, dyslipidemia and hyperglycaemia), group B (obesity, dyslipidemia and hypertension), group C(obesity, hyperglycaemia and hypertension), group D(dyslipidemia, hyperglycaemia and hypertension) and group E(obesity, dyslipidemia, hyperglycaemia and hypertension). And 50 healthy people were selected as controls. Serum Apelin level among different subgroups were compared and they were compared between subgroups and the control group. [Results] Compared with control group, serum level of Apelin significantly increased in group A, C, D and E and deoreased obviously in group B( P 〈0.05). Serum level of Apelin in group A was higher than that in group E, and that in group C was higher than that in group D, and that in group D was higher than that in group B, and there was statistical sig nificance( P 〈0.05). Correlation analysis showed that serum levels of Apelin were positively correlated with FBS, HOMA IR, TC and LDL-C in all subgroups, and negatively correlated with SBP and DBP in subgroups with hypertension, and positively correlated with BMI and waistline in group A, C and E with obesity, and positively correlated with TG and negatively correlated with HDL-C in group A, B and E with dyslipidemia, and positively correlated with FBS in control group( P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] The serum level of Apelin can be considered as an important basis of the risk evaluation of different combinations of MS.
