摘要
采用氮气-甲烷作为气源对40Cr钢进行了离子氮碳共渗,研究了渗层的耐磨和耐蚀性。结果表明:验电压680V时,取得了较好的共渗效果;渗层为单一的ε相时,性能最佳。
In this paper, the layer of wear resistance and corrosion resistance of 40Cr steel are studied after ion nitrocarburizing using nitrogen-methane gas as a gas source. The result shows that there are the good permeation results at 680 V, and a single ε phase is the best performance.
