摘要
目的了解糖尿病患者红细胞膜磷脂酰胆碱与常规生化指标的变化特点。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定70例糖尿病患者的红细胞膜磷脂酰胆碱,同时测定空腹血糖(Glu)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK),并与40名正常对照者比较。结果糖尿病无微血管并发症组红细胞膜磷脂酰胆碱含量低于正常对照组(P〈0.05),Glu、TC、TG、BUN、Cr、LDH、CK正常;糖尿病微血管并发症组红细胞膜磷脂酰胆碱含量明显降低(P〈0.01),Glu、TC、TG、BUN、Cr、LDH、CK不同程度增高。结论糖尿病患者代谢紊乱影响红细胞膜磷脂酰胆碱代谢。只有对糖尿病患者进行尽早的监测,才能有效地预防糖尿病并发症的发生和发展。
Objective To analyze the changes of erythrocyte membrane phosphatidylcholine and clinical biochemical indicators in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods The erythrocyte membrane phosphatidylcholine and clinical biochemical indicators,such as fasting blood glucose( Glu) ,total cholesterol ( TC) ,triglyceride ( TG) ,blood urea nitrogen ( BUN) ,creatinine ( Cr) ,lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH) and creatine kinase ( CK) ,were determined in 70 patients with diabetes mellitus,and the results were compared with those in 40 healthy controls. Results The level of erythrocyte membrane phosphatidylcholine in diabetes mellitus patients without diabetic microangiopathy was lower than that in the healthy controls ( P〈0. 05). The levels of Glu,TC,TG,BUN,Gr,LDH and CK approached to the normal condition. The level of erythrocyte membrane phosphatidylcholine significantly decreased in the patients with diabetic microangiopathy ( P〈0. 01). These clinical biochemical indicators increased in various degree. Conclusions The Glu metabolism disturbance influences on the metabolism of erythrocyte membrane phosphdtidylcholine in patients with diabetes mellitus. It is the best way to prevent from diabetic complication by inspecting as early as possible.
