摘要

On concept,all is based on farmers,and focus on improving people＇s livelihood;In the train of thought,develops vigorously the economy,and promotes new socialist countryside construction;On the methods,starting from the most directly,the most realistic and most fundamental farmer interests,eliminates poverty,and improves farmer＇s spiritual,material,life quality;In the strategies,as a breakthrough,combats the tyrants,evil forces and get rid of feudal superstition,and establishs new habits.
