摘要
研制了一种具有耐高温腐蚀性能的封孔剂,采用刷涂和超声渗透方法,在热喷涂涂层表面进行封孔实验,并在常温和750℃高温下进行酸蚀实验。结果表明,封孔涂层表面的孔隙基本被封住,封孔剂及其纳米颗粒可渗入涂层的孔隙中起到填充作用,从而降低涂层的孔隙率。封孔涂层可以屏蔽或减缓外部腐蚀介质对涂层及基体的渗透作用,从而起到有效的防护作用。
The sealant with corrosion resistance at high temperature was developed.The sealing test on thermal spraying coating surface was carried out using brushing and ultrasonic infiltration method.And,acid corroding experiments were carried out at room temperature and 750 ℃.The results show that the pores of the coating surface are basically sealed,sealing agents and nano-particles can penetrate into the pores of the coating,thereby reduce the porosity of the coating.The sealant can obviously reduce the porosity and shield the alkali,salty,and acid proof of the coatings,specially the thermostable corrosion property are greatly improved.
