摘要 研究了纤维素LiCl/DMAc溶液的制备工艺及其稳定性。结果表明,将活化处理的纤维素加入到由LiCl溶解在DMAc中形成的LiCl/DMAc体系中,在100℃下搅拌一定时间后冷却至室温继续搅拌数小时,可得到均匀透明的纤维素LiCl/DMAc溶液。纤维素质量分数越大,配制该溶液所需加热搅拌和室温搅拌时间越长;纤维素聚合度越大,其溶解效果越差;LiCl含有结晶水,纤维素只溶胀不溶解,而且仅当LiCl的质量分数超过6%时,纤维素才有可能完全溶解。另外,通过测定纤维素LiCl/DMAc溶液在不同温度下的黏度随时间的变化率发现,该溶液在低于50℃时,30 d内很稳定,但加热至100℃后,仅可稳定存在15 h。 The preparation process and stability of cellulose LiCl /DMAc solution were studied.The experimental results showed that the cellulose subjected to activating treatment was added to the LiCl / DMAc solvent system which was formed by dissolving LiCl into DMAc,and the resultant solution was stirred for certain period of time at 100 ℃,then cooled down to room temperature,and stirring continnued for several hours,and so doing the uniform and transparent cellulose LiCl /DMAc solution was obtained.It was also found that the greater the mass concentration of cellulose,the longer the time required for stirring both at high and room temperature.Similarly,the greater the polymerization degree of cellulose,the more difficult the cellulose to dissolve.When LiCl contains crystal water,the cellulose only swells but insoluble.Only when the mass concentration of LiCl exceeds 6% can the cellulose be dissolved completely.In addition,the viscosity of cellulose LiCl /DMAc solution at different temperatures varying with time is tested,and it is shown that the solution is very stable within 30 days at the temperature lower than 50 ℃,but remains stable only 15 hours when heated to 100 ℃.
