企业员工职业发展通道设计探析 被引量:5

摘要 职业发展通道的设计对促进员工职业生涯发展、实现组织目标和员工个人目标的整合具有重要意义。以企业员工职业发展通道设计为核心,介绍了单通道、双通道及创新的多通道3类典型模式。单通道模式下,要关注职位晋升过程中的能力提升、纵向阶梯的合理设置及保持适度的竞争;双通道模式下,要合理进行技术通道设计,同时要保持管理和技术通道的平衡;多通道模式下,要扩展技术通道,从而拓展员工职业发展空间。 The design of career development path has considerable significance for improving the career development of enterprise employees as well as realizing the integration of enterprise and individual objective.In the paper,the design of career development path for enterprise employees being as the core,three typical modes of single-path,double-path and multi-path mode were introduced.In the single-path mode,buildup of employees’capability during promotion process,reasonable setup of vertical architecture and conservation of moderate competition should be paid attention to;in the double-path mode,the key was to design reasonable technical path and to keep the balance between management path and technical path at the same time;in the multi-path mode,the core was to expand the technical path so as to enlarge the development space of enterprise employees.
