摘要
分别介绍了荷兰SLP、日本NISSAN、意大利ETCE等先进高压法三聚氰胺生产工艺;简述了我国三聚氰胺产业的发展历程和现状;总结了国内高压法三聚氰胺装置在尾气回收、废水回用、废渣处理以及产能规模等方面的技改措施和效果;对联产三聚氰胺的化肥企业提出了合理选择规模、延伸产业链、注重"三废"治理等建议。
Author has separately introduced the advanced melamine production process with high pressure method for Holland SLP, Japanese NISSAN and Italian ETCE etc.; has briefly described the developing progress and present state of the melamine industry in China; has summarized the technical measures and effect in aspects of tail gas recovery, waste water reuse, waste sludge disposal and production capacity scale etc. for high pressure melamine plant in China; has presented the suggestions of reasonably selecting scale, extending industry chain and attention to "three waste" disposal etc for the chemical fertilizer enterprise with combinative production of melamine.
