摘要
介绍了三聚氰胺装置废水处理系统的工艺原理和工艺流程;分析和论证了废水引出位置、处理负荷和相关外部接口的配置;提出了高压水解、废水汽提、热量回收的最佳操作数据,对废水处理系统的生产运行指标和经济效益进行了评估;对运行中存在的问题进行了改进。结果表明,废水处理后精制水总氮<50×10-6,COD<50×10-6,pH值为6~9,投资回收期为13年。
Author has introduced the process principle and the process flow for the waste water treatment system in the melamine plant ; has analyzed and proved the configuration for the discharging position of the waste water, treating load and the relative outer connection; has presented the optimal operation data for high pressure hydrolysis, waste water stripping and heat recovery ; has evaluated the production running index and the economic benefit; the problems existed in the operation has been improved. Result indicates that after treatment of waste water total nitrogen content in demineralized water is less than 50 × 10^-6 ; COD is less than 50 × 10^ -6 ; pH value is 6 -9 ; investment recovery period is 13 years.
