摘要
通过实验揭示高节竹化学成分在不同时期的规律变化。(1)综纤维及硝酸乙醇纤维成上升趋势,但随着年龄的增长,逐渐保持稳定状态;(2)酸不溶木质素含量一直呈增长趋势;(3)1%NaOH及热水抽提物:含量随着时间的增加逐渐降低;(4)苯醇抽出物呈上升趋势。但同一年龄的不同部位没有呈现出很明显的规律分布。
This paper measured the content of chemical compositions of Phyllostachys prominens W. Y. Xiong at various age. First, the content of holo cellulose and nitric acidalcohol cellulose increased, then remaining stable. Second, the content of lignin invreased with the growing up of the bamboo. Third, 1% NaOH extractive and hot water extractive gradually dropped with age growth. At last, the content benzene-alcohol extractive till two years old and four years old respectively distributed in different parts showed no regular pattern.
