摘要
对哈尔滨及其附近地区的小青黑杨(Populus pseudo-simonii×P.nigra)在受青杨虎天牛(Xylotrechusrusticus(L))、杨树烂皮病(Cytospora chrysosperma(Pers.)Fr.)和杨树冰核细菌性溃疡病(Erwinia herbicola(Lohnis)Dye.)影响前后的化学成分进行了较系统的比较分析,结果表明:青杨虎天牛危害后除综纤维素含量明显降低外,水分、热水抽提物、1%NaOH抽提物、苯乙醇提取物和木质素等含量同健康木之间差异不显著;杨树烂皮病和杨树冰核细菌性溃疡病对小青黑杨化学成分的影响非常显著,除综纤维素含量明显下降外,水分、热水抽提物、1%NaOH抽提物、苯醇提取物和木质素等的含量均显著升高。杨树冰核细菌性溃疡病对小青黑杨化学成分的影响尤为显著。
Effects of Xylotrechus rusticus ( L), Cytospora chrysosperma ( Pets. ) Fr. , and Erwinia herbicola (Lohnis) Dye. on the wood chemical properties of Populus pseudo - simonii x p. nigra were analysed. Resuhs showed that there were no notable chemical quality differences between healthy and Xylotrechus msticus (L) harmed wood except for holocellulose content. Cytospora chrysosperma and Erwinia herbicola made great changes on chemical quality of Populus pseudo - simonii × P. nigra. , that is, the content of holocellulose decreased greatly, but the water content, extraction by hot water, extraction by 1% NaOH, extraction by the mixture of benzene and ethanol, and lignin increased remarkably. Erwinia herbicola had a more significant effect on Populus pseudo - simonii × P. nigra than Cytospora chrysosperma and Xylotrechus rusticus.
