摘要
沉井施工在城市给排水施工中应用广泛,但沉井施工塌裂面较大,在建筑密集区进行施工有一定困难。以郑州市王新庄污水处理厂d1600干管工程工作井为例,从沉井下沉摩擦力、沉井下沉高度、沉井下沉管涌等三个方面分析了沉井塌裂的原因,并针对性地提出了沉井灌砂下沉、临时围挡同沉井结构一起制作并下沉、减小沉井刃脚宽度并增加角钢包裹以加速下沉等措施。采用上述措施后,保证了沉井在城市建筑密集区的顺利、安全、快捷施工。
Open caisson construction has been widely applied in the municipal water supply and drainage engineering,but there are some problems for the application of this method in the urban dense buildings area due to the large collapse area of open caisson construction.Through the case study of the construction well of the d1 600 main pipe of the Zhengzhou Wangxinzhuang Wastewater Treatment Plant,this paper analyzed the reasons of the open caisson collapse from the three respects of sinking friction,sinking height,and sinking piping of the open caisson and proposed the measures,such as open caisson sinking by poured sand in it,constructing and sinking the temporary baffle and open caisson,and accelerating the sinking by reducing open caisson cutting edge and covering it by angle steel.By employing these measures,the smooth and safe open caisson construction in the urban dense buildings area would be ensured.
