摘要
目的：探索提高临床技能教学质量的方法。方法：通过完善客观结构化临床考试（OSCE）评价体系,以OSCE测试医学生的临床综合技能。结果：OSCE成绩逐年提高,临床综合技能达到了教学大纲的要求。结论：OSCE能提高临床技能教学质量。
Objective：To explore a method to improve the quality of clinical skills.Methods：By improving the evaluation system of Objective Structured Clinical Examination（OSCE）to test the medicos＇ clinical synthetic ability with OSCE.Results：The marks obtained from OSCE is seen rising year by year,and the student＇s clinical synthetic ability meets the requirement of syllabus.Conclusion：The teaching quality of clinical skills can be improved with OSCE.
