摘要
农林废弃物能源转化利用是可再生能源领域的研究热点之一。以水稻秸秆为原料,以熔盐为反应媒介,在自行设计的反应器中,实验考察了熔盐组成、裂解温度和空速等因素对热解产物的得率和组成分布的影响规律,并对液相和固相产物进行了初步分析。采用化学活化法活化裂解残炭,测定了制得的活性炭的碘吸附值和亚甲基蓝吸附值,探讨了以农林废弃物为原料联产生物油和生物炭的技术路线的可行性。
The clean utilization technology of agricultural and forestry wasters is a focal point in renewable energy researches.In this study,rice straw was used as feedstock and four kinds of mixed molten salts were used as thermal pyrolysis media.Pyrolysis experiments were carried out in a self-designed reactor and the effects of the composition of molten salt,pyrolysis temperature and space velocity on the yield and the composition distribution of products were studied.Activated charcoal was prepared from residual charcoal of biomass pyrolysis by chemical activation method and the iodine adsorption value and methylene blue adsorption value of the prepared activated carbon were measured.Based on the study,prospects for co-production of bio-oil and bio-charcoal with agricultural and forestry wasters as feedstock were discussed.
