摘要
目的了解护士接触烷化剂类化疗药自我防护知识、措施落实情况。方法对接触烷化剂类化疗药物的30名院本部肿瘤科护士和24名院外门诊部护士采用自行设计的调查表及直接观察法评估防护知识的掌握及措施落实情况。结果院本部肿瘤科护士对防护知识的掌握及防护措施的落实较院外门诊部护士好(P<0.05)。结论护士接触烷化剂类化疗药应通过岗前培训掌握化疗相关知识及防护措施,特别是对院外门诊部护士的岗前培训和在职教育不容忽视,应引起管理者的高度重视。
Objective To investigate nurses the self-protection knowledge and protective measures of alkylating chemotherapy agents.Methods Fifty-four nurses exposed to alkylating chemotherapy agents in daily works were divided into two groups.Nurses in oncology department of our hospital were in group one（n=30）,while those in out-patient department of communities were in group two（n=24）.Self-designed questionnaire and direct observation were used to carry out the investigation.Results Nurses in group one had a better grasp about the protection knowledge and protective measures of alkylating chemotherapy agents than nurses in group two.Conclusion It is suggested to carry out pre-job training and in-service education for nurses exposed to alkylating chemotherapy agents to help them master the knowledge of chemotherapy and many protective measures,especially for nurses in out-patient department of communities.Managers should pay close attention to this problem.
