摘要 对弧齿锥齿轮的数控机床加工过程进行了刀具轨迹和机床运动仿真。以一对弧齿锥齿轮副为例,应用VERICUT数控机床加工仿真软件,通过机床选择、轮坯建模、刀具建立、数控程序编制、运行加工仿真,最后展成加工出所有齿面,为弧齿锥齿轮和准双曲齿轮的大轮和变性法小轮的实际数控加工提供捷径。 The spiral bevel gear NC machining simulation consisting of tooth path and components of machine tool movement is done. The process of spiral bevel gear NC machining simulation includes the NC machine tool model selection, and the gear blank model building, and the cutter model building, and NC programming, and the simulation project running, and finally the tooth surfaces generated successfully by application the NC machining simulation system VERICUT software. The simulation process provides the reliable basis for practical NC machining processing of gear and modified-roll method pinion of spiral bevel and hypoid gear.
