摘要
根据风力发电变桨轴承的结构及其特点,开发出了一种加工大模数内直齿的铣齿机。铣齿机采用可调式二工位组合布局,应用开放式数控系统进行整机的控制,使用大模数高速度硬质合金成型铣刀加工工件,实现了一种高速度、高精度的内直齿加工方法。
Based on structure and character of changing oar bearing which is used for wind power generator,a milling machine is developed for processing big module inner straight gear. The milling machine adopts adjustable mode and two-position layout. Open CNC control system unit is applied to control machine. A big modulus high-speed carbide forming cutter is used. It is proved that the method is reliable arid applicable for machining inner straight gear.
