摘要
采用多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)、蔗糖聚醚为主要原料,以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)醇解后的产物为改性剂,同时添加其它助剂制成新型聚氨酯保温材料。系统地研究了改性剂的种类及用量对聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料抗压强度、导热系数、密度、吸水率等性能的影响,以及对发泡时间、固化时间的影响。制备的保温材料成本低,性能好,非常适合作为屋面保温材料。
The new polyurethane insulating compound was prepared by using PAPI and sucrose polyether as main raw materials, the aleoholysis products of PET as modifier, and other additives. The influences of the type and quantity of modifier on the compressive strength, thermal conductivity, density,water absorption of the rigid polyurethane foam, as well as on the foaming time and curing time, were studied. With low cost and good performance,the prepared insulating compound is very suitable to be used as roof insulating material.
