摘要
高职护理教育是培养适应于临床一线、社区等基层组织的高素质技能型人才。近年来,高职教育快速发展,师资水平成为影响高职教育质量的关键因素。笔者结合所在院校的实际情况,就如何在民办院校建立结构合理、人员稳定、教学水平高、教学效果好的护理专职师资队伍进行探讨。
The aim of the nursing vocational education is to bring up high-quality and high-skilled talents who work in the clinical training for frontline,community organizations and so on.With the development of vocational education in recent years,the standard of teachers is a key factor which affects the quality of education.According to the real situatation of our college,the author discusses how to establish the team of nursing teachers which has rational construction,stability of staff,high-level and sound effects teachers.
